I've been wondering the very same thing. It does sound like the points are gone in the new year so you better use them up now. Is that the case?
The 1010 rewards program as we know it is GONE as of December 31 2009. If we don't use the points, we loose the points. That simple
There is a problem with the conclusion that all is lost -- NO ONE at CFRB has said so, NO ONE at CFRB has put it in writing and NO ONE at CFRB responds to any request. There has been more than one request.
Today is DEC. 4 Princess and Frog movie passes closes DEC.6...at bottom it says raffle ends NOV. 29 6 pm...what is up with that???? Why have there been no auctions?...I guess the big blow out sale will be us selling off our points...what a nasty way to end this...not impressed.

As far as I understand it, the rewards is continuing, the points are being evened out to 1000 each person after December 31. I think the new staff has had alot of difficulty keeping up with an already established program...it does not say anywhere that the rewards are ending, however vague this has been, and left everyone with questions.
Ask yourself this - Why would they be leaving any points at all if they were not continuing the program???
I don't know why anyone would collect a couple million points. For what? I collect points and spend them, collect them and spend them. They have never had some big prize that required a whole lot of points nor did I ever win anything because I bought a whole bunch of raffle tickets either. Its been fun. Its been cool. Its not been my life. If they end it so be it. If they don't end it then I'll continue having fun with the little game. I read the rules and regulations and think people who are screaming about a lawsuit didn't. They pretty much have the right to end it suddenly without any notice or take away your points when ever they want. People need to chill and get back to having fun and posting codes for as long as it lasts.
I thought this was a communications company??
Why can't they communicate ??
Seems ewvery staff member who is left just avoid questions and hide their head.

as to whether the points wee being reduced or wiped out. Sent it yesterday still no reply.
I would like to ask the person who says they are being reduced to 1,000 to advise how he/she knows this? Was it indicated somewhere? Thansk, sls
Jason K. - They did communicate. People just seem to be way too crazy about this whole code thing. I mean I like winning prizes and all but some people are just taking it to another level. Their number one priority is probably not dealing with a free game that offers people points to win prizes. I mean its free. What are you complaining about? I wrote in once and didn't get a response for almost a week and didn't get angry about it. When the person did answer they helped me out. This isn't an emergency or anything. Its a game! If they read this maybe they will stop it! I would!
