I just wanted to thank George for sharing his really late but "gracious" response from Kelowna Vincent with us yesterday. It's nice that they actually think the program is "evolving"! It will soon almost be human-like, and put it's listeners first. That's if they have any listeners left!!!

I had asked if anyone knew what a VIP movie pass from CFRB entailed. Does it include food/drinks or is it just that you get to sit in a specific section? I posted late last night so I'm guessing few saw the question. Does anyone know?
The vip pass gets you into the movie if you come early enough to get in because they always give more passes than seats. If its a good movie and you come at the last minute you will not get a seat so you miss out. Nothing else is included.
Astral media owns what used to be country 953 out of Hamilton. They had loyalty programs as well. One day without warning they changed the format of the station and all the points vanished. Here they at least gave some warning so at the very least you can stop saving useless points.
Anonymous: Corus actually owns Country 95.3 I agree that what they did to listeners was horrible (one format one hr, another the next) and I DO believe the program willl come back weith points intact because that is what their PR person is telling people as of this moment (I didn't ask, she offered the info herself to me only last week and it was also posted on their site) I had 4 million pts so I hope it does come back but I have my doubts about what they will offer because they went to 60's, 70's 80's so not sure they can offer any good tickets ect..and frankly, who knows who will come back there. Many were furious.
I feel bad that you had been mislead by "VIP movie tickets", making them sound extra special. They really should have called them "GIP movies tickets" (I know wrong spelling), but much more accurate.
I have bought raffle tickets since December 10th, has anybody been notified of winning something past that date? They have not updated the winners list since then....the least they could do is publish that.
Daily Bonus Words times and point values schedule is as follows: Monday to Friday 6:30am-7am 10:30 am – 11 am 1:30 pm – 2 pm 6:30 pm – 7 pm All bonus codes worth 400 points, including weekend codes. All of the weekend codes will be announced at the same times that they are currently announced. John Donabie's Bonus Code song titles do not change either.
On Saturday listen for the title of the song at 6:20am and 7:20am. On Saturday the code will now be announced between 1:30pm-2pm and the 5pm code between 4:30pm-5pm. On Sundays, listen for the song title at 6:20am, 7:20am and 8:20am. The 2pm code remains right before the news and the 5pm code will be announced between 4:30pm-5pm. Make sure to enter them in lower case. Codes are valid for 24 hours.
Trivia Questions There are new Questions of the Day, located under the "Earn Points" tab, every Monday's and Wednesday's. Choose the correct answer and you have the chance to win 250 points! Remotes Come and visit us at an event and get a bonus code worth 1010 points!
